1. Overview

LinkHub - URL & Bookmark Manager is designed with privacy as a top priority. It does not collect any personal data such as browsing history, page content, passwords, or user-identifiable information. The extension stores data locally on your device, with the exception of the anonymous usage analytics described in section 3.

2. What is stored locally

The following data is stored exclusively on your device using chrome.storage.local:

Your saved bookmarks and link lists never leave your browser unless you explicitly export them as a JSON file to your local computer.

3. Anonymous usage analytics

LinkHub uses Google Analytics 4 (Measurement Protocol) to collect anonymous usage statistics that help improve the extension features and performance.

The following aggregate events may be sent to Google Analytics:

No personal data is collected. Tab URLs, page titles, browsing history, and any user-identifiable information are never included in these analytics events. Only an anonymous randomly-generated ID is used to distinguish sessions.

Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by Google Analytics: policies.google.com/privacy.
